I paid but my plan did not upgrade
On this page
Most often you are signed in with a different email than the one you paid with, or the payment is still confirming. Wait about two minutes, sign out and back in with the email you used at checkout, and if your plan still has not changed, email [email protected] with your receipt. We fix it on our side.
Check these first
- Give it two minutes. After checkout you see Activating your plan or Confirming your first payment. This usually takes about two minutes.
- Check the email you paid with. Your receipt shows the email used at checkout. If it differs from the email you sign in with, sign out and sign in with the checkout email.
- Sign out and back in. Your plan is loaded when you sign in. Click your avatar, log out, and sign in again.
- Look at the Billing page. Open app.ligosocial.com/billing. The bar at the top shows your current plan.
- Check you are on your own account. If you manage clients or have delegate access, make sure the account switcher shows your own profile, not a client’s.
Bought credits but the balance did not change
Extra credits are added after the payment confirms and are used only after your monthly pool runs out. Check the Credits count at the bottom of the sidebar after refreshing the page. See Plans, credits and invoices.
Lifetime deal or AppSumo
- Lifetime deal on ligosocial.com: after payment you see Welcome to LigoSocial, Lifetime Access Confirmed. If you closed the page early, sign in with the email you paid with.
- AppSumo: activate your code from your AppSumo account, which sends you to LigoSocial to sign in or sign up. Use the same email you want the plan on.
Still not upgraded?
Email [email protected] from your account email and include:
- The email you signed in with and the email on the receipt, if different.
- The receipt, or the date and amount of the charge.
- A screenshot of your Billing page.
We check the payment and upgrade your account by hand. Please do not pay again or open a dispute with your bank: a second payment is not needed, and an open dispute pauses the account until it is resolved.
